| Download the Microsoft Virtual Machine |

To utilize all features our web site offers and display information correctly in your browser, www.equiproservice.com requires Microsoft's Virtual Machine (VM). A compatible version of the VM cannot be found on your system. Without this, the navigation buttons at the top of the www.equiproservice.com site will appear gray or white, and will not have labels as in the samples shown below.

To download a compatible Microsoft VM, please follow these steps:
- Click on this link: Microsoft VM Update
- Follow the instructions to download the msjavx86.exe file to your desktop.
- After the transfer is complete, run the downloaded file.
- A dialog box will ask: "Would you like to install the Microsoft VM?" Click Yes.
- Follow the brief instructions for the installation.
- When the installatiuion of the Microsoft VM is complete, go to www.equiproservice.com.
